Pet Friendly Information

No more than 2 pets will be permitted per apartment with an 85lb weight limit unless specific written approval is given. There are, however, specific breeds that we cannot accept- see the list below. This includes mixed breeds and/or similar bloodlines of a restricted breed. Additional breeds may be added if deemed necessary. If we find that your pet displays aggression and is not on the aggressive breed list, we reserve the right to deny your application for housing. No exotic pets are allowed at any time. Restricted Breeds of Dogs: Pit Bulls, American Pit Bull/Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire, Doberman, Rottweiler, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, Chow.
